  • Womens Health Assessment

    A 60min consultation with our women’s wellbeing physio to assess any pelvic health concerns, review your goals and develop a treatment plan. This initial consultation will be approximately 60mins to ensure there is time for a full assessment of your needs. Your journey to women’s health starts today!

  • Birthing Preparation Appointment

    This is a jam-packed 1hr visit! We will discuss your birthing, labour physiology (if that is an option) and positions, perineal care and massage, and any risk factors for your pelvic floor so you can make informed decisions. We go through pelvic floor and general exercise advice in the first 6 weeks postpartum. Your pelvic floor muscles are also checked to ensure they can relax during your contractions (if your birthing goal is vaginal. We will cover all C-section recovery as well.) These appointments can be booked at anytime from 34-38 weeks, so book in as soon as you know your due dates! The goal is to give you as much useful knowledge SPECIFIC to you, so you can feel empowered in your birthing journey and recovery!

  • 6 Weeks Post Delivery Check

    A thorough postnatal assessment to give you confidence in your 4th-trimester recovery. This includes a pelvic floor and abdominal wall separation assessment, pelvic girdle pain and back pain. Our expert women’s health physio will guide you and create a plan for your postnatal journey.

  • Pelvic Pain

    60min consultation with our women’s health physio. This consult will take you through assessment and goals for your individualised management plan for any painful pelvic conditions that you have. These include endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, vulvodynia & vaginismus.

  • Incontinence & Prolapse

    If you have any of these conditions: urinary/faecal incontinence, constipation or prolapse of the pelvic organs or are unsure of where your symptoms are coming from book an appointment today to see our women’s health physio. We will do a thorough assessment and create an individualised plan

  • Women's Health Follow Up

    30-40min follow-up appointments from your initial assessment with our women’s health physio. These appointments are to progress through your treatment plan and help you achieve your goals. Your Women’s health physio will assist booking you in for your follow up appointments after your consultation.

  • Teleheath

    A 50-minute online consult in which most pelvic issues can be addressed. This is a great option when time, location, and family priorities may limit access to your health care needs.
